By now, we’re all well-adjusted to life with Tony Romo as a CBS announcer. It’s a joy having him stay in our lives every Sunday.
As he’s no longer on the football field Romo has time for other pleasantries outside of the broadcast booth. He’s maintained his affinity for the game of golf in retirement (although he rarely uses that word) and his affinity for winning apparently isn’t too far behind.
July 8th saw the return of the king when Romo got a win on a Sunday. He won the Racine Tri-Course Amateur Championship… by a poetically beautiful 9 shots.
