Romo tweeted Thursday morning he will have a full offseason.
My surgery has healed up nicely. Looking forward to OTA's and a full offseason. Let's go!

Romo had a Mumford procedure performed on his left collarbone on March 8 and was told to expect a recovery period of six to eight weeks. The Cowboys start their organized team activities (OTAs) at the end of May.
With the Mumford procedure, the distal part of the clavicle is shaved down to release potential pressure against the shoulder.
