FRISCO, Texas – If Tony Romo’s return is marked by the incremental steps he takes, then mark off stretching with the team.
For the first time since suffering a compression fracture on Aug. 25, Romo went through the entire pre-practice warmup that found himself in the familiar position next to Jason Witten.
Romo threw passes in pat-and-go as well as during ball security drills. He also went through individual drills, throwing passes on the run, and worked through some hand offs for the first time as well. All of Romo’s snaps came after Dak Prescott and Mark Sanchez took their turns.
