One of the biggest reasons for the success that the Dallas Cowboys have had this season has been an addition that they made over the offseason. We’re obviously talking about secondary coach and pseudo defensive coordinator Kris Richard.
Richard has helped turn the Cowboys defense into one of the NFL’s better units, and he helped mold Byron Jones into a Pro Bowl cornerback during his first season at the position. This effort didn’t go unnoticed by the league as a whole and as a result Richard is officially in the mix for head coaching opportunities.
