FRISCO -- There was a rush to declare New Orleans a signature victory, the sort of win that elevates a team's stature and alters the course of a season.
Ascribing this level of significance to a late November win is tricky. The reason: you can't be sure. What the Cowboys did to the Saints could be the launching pad to greater heights or it could prove to be nothing more than a memorable aberration, the high point in an otherwise nice season.
It's still too early to make a definitive claim. But the way the Cowboys beat Philadelphia lends credence to the argument that the Saints win triggered something in this group.
