Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrance Williams missed practice Friday for personal reasons and didn’t attend Sunday’s 26-24 victory against the Detroit Lions with the team’s approval.
It was the first missed game of his career for Williams as the Cowboys made him inactive with Brice Butler taking his place on the game day roster.
Coach Jason Garret said Williams was “working through some off-field stuff.”
Garrett expects Williams to rejoin the team for meetings Tuesday and practice Wednesday heading into Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans.
