In the past few years, Dallas Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones has transformed from simply being considered the son of Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones to the mastermind behind some of the team’s more brilliant personnel moves and the gatekeeper of fiscal responsibility for the franchise.
