The free agency period is upon us and if you’re anything like me, you get kind of excited to this point of the off-season.
Over the past few seasons the Dallas Cowboys have been somewhat patient and their approach to free agency, generally waiting out the first wave where players tend to get overpaid and then adding certain players that help provide depth at key areas at a cheaper price.
This particular free agency period could possibly be different because the Cowboys are in a better position cap wise and they may want to maximize on the opportunity adding some of the more well-known proven veterans so that it will give them a better chance to make a Super Bowl run under the guidance of quarterback Tony Romo before that window closes.
