FRISCO, Texas -- With Dan Bailey unable to practice Wednesday because of a sore back, the Dallas Cowboys turned their lonely eyes to safety Jeff Heath to be their kicker.
Kicking against the skinny goal posts, Heath said he made three of his six attempts from about 35 yards.
"I’d argue the other three would’ve made it on the regular goal posts," Heath said.
He also dealt with some pressure.
"Coach Garrett was back there chirping at me a little bit, all the guys, trying to get me to miss," Heath said.
