The Houston Texans may look to reel a big fish away from the Dallas Cowboys, according to a report.
According to the Houston Chronicle's John McClain, the Texans are interested in Cowboys VP of player personnel and draft guru Will McClay for their general manager vacancy.
Two more personnel executives the Texans are interested in for their vacant GM job are Eagles VP of player personnel Joe Douglas and Cowboys VP of player personnel Will McClay.

McClay has earned a reputation as a not-so-secret weapon for the Cowboys and owner Jerry Jones.
