NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell won't be the person hearing Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott's appeal of his six-game suspension, according to a report.
NFL.com reports that Goodell has designated Harold Henderson, who heard former Cowboys Greg Hardy's appeal in 2015, as the NFL officer who will hear Elliott's appeal.
