Mike McCarthy has been a busy man since becoming the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys. A year away from the game not only gave him time to reflect, it gave him time to outline exactly how a new staff could ultimately come together for him. We’ve seen him bring in big names (John Fassel at special teams coordinator), former friends (Mike Nolan at defensive coordinator), and people that he knew during his time with the Green Bay Packers (new offensive line coach Joe Philbin as just one example).
According to a report from ESPN’s Rob Demovsky, a new and perhaps more interesting name has joined McCarthy’s staff - Rob Davis.
