Tuesday was a day that saw a lot of Dallas Cowboys fans holding their breath. That kind of thing happens when Ezekiel Elliott meets with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.
The two got together to discuss an offseason incident for Elliott that occurred in Las Vegas at a music festival. Zeke was handcuffed, not arrested, and considering his past with the league many were concerned that a suspension could be coming his way for the 2019 season.
Zeke issued an apology on Tuesday afternoon, and speculation began to grow that this could in fact be the end of the road as far as this story is concerned.
