Joseph Randle's spiral continues. He's now been arrested six times over a span of 18 months and lost his job as the Cowboys running back.

And now he could be on his way to an impatient mental health facility, according to a TMZ Sports report.

The site is reporting that a judge has agreed with Randle's own legal team that he should go and receive mental health care.
