The Dallas Cowboys made the final moments before the NFL trade deadline exciting this year. With just hours before the 3:00 p.m. (CT) league-mandated deadline, the Cowboys were reportedly in trade talks with the New York Jets for All-Pro safety Jamal Adams.
The sixth overall selection in the 2017 NFL Draft out of LSU, Adams is viewed as one of the top players at his position despite having only played two and a half seasons in the league. Adams received his first Pro Bowl nod last year after recording 115 combined tackles, 3.5 sacks, 12 pass defends, and an interception.
