The NFL Players Association didn't wait for arbitrator Harold Henderson to issue his ruling from Ezekiel Elliott's appeal hearing before taking the matter to federal court.
The NFLPA field for a petition to vacate the arbitration award Thursday in the Eastern District of Texas. Part of the filing includes about 90 attached exhibits, including the NFL's full 160-page investigative report, which is included below.
Elliott was suspended six games by the NFL and commissioner Roger Goodell on Aug. 11 after a year-long investigation. The league said it has "persuasive" evidence Elliott injured his former girlfriend on three incidents in July 2016.
