WICHITA, Kan. -- Former Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle was upset that he had been refused a phone call when he threatened to kill a deputy while jailed on other charges in Kansas, according to an arrest affidavit released Monday.
Randle was charged last month in Sedgwick County, Kansas with one count of criminal threat. According to the arrest affadavit, obtained by the Wichita Eagle, Randle repeatedly told the deputy: "'I will kill you, I swear on my life and everything that I have. I will kill you when I get out. '"
