It is often said that hindsight is 20/20. Who among us would make the same mistake if given the opportunity and perspective from our first attempt? Misses and failures are learning opportunities for us all. In a perfect world when we stumble, we make note of it and adjust so that if and when we find ourselves in that situation again we are well-equipped to not make the same blunder.
This knowledge has not necessarily stuck with the Dallas Cowboys relative to recent history and contract extensions with their superstars. At present time they are set to enter a 2024 season with their quarterback Dak Prescott and top wide receiver CeeDee Lamb in a contract year (the third time they would do that to the signal-caller, by the way) and are seemingly comfortable with Micah Parsons’ status given that he still has two years remaining of team control.
