Now that the NFL draft has passed and we wade into the OTA portion of the offseason schedule, it’s a good time to evaluate teams. The draft is the last big hurrah in terms of adding talent to a roster, although every once in a while a trade or a free agent signing in the next couple of months can make a huge difference for a team. Generally, though, the roster a team has now is the one that will battle it out in training camp for the final 53.
