MOBILE, Ala. -- Jason Garrett is extremely particular about the way his teams huddle. He believes the way players break a huddle has a significant impact on the success of the upcoming play.
The Cowboys head coach's obsession with that detail was on display this week at the North team's Senior Bowl practices.
"Stop, stop, stop, stop," Garrett shouted before the start of a play Wednesday. "Get in the huddle. Know who you are. Know where to line up. Get your hand down and run a ball play. Come on now."
This sequence is no different than when Garrett is coaching the Cowboys during minicamp, organized team activities or training camp.
