On Oct. 6, New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers became the ninth NFL quarterback to throw for 60,000 regular-season passing yards in his career, and in the final game of the season, he surpassed Matt Ryan for seventh on the all-time list.
Rodgers needed 115 yards against the Miami Dolphins to pass Ryan, which he did in the second quarter, and he also threw his 500th touchdown of his career in the second quarter -- joining Tom Brady (649), Drew Brees (571), Peyton Manning (539) and Brett Favre (508) on the list.
