The Dallas Cowboys have a big game ahead of them on Sunday afternoon against the Buffalo Bills. Continuing to win keeps hope alive that Dallas could win the NFC East and take home the top seed in the conference, but in the short-term a win also officially punches the team’s playoff ticket.
With three games to go after Sunday it is inevitable that Dallas will reach the postseason, and when they do they will be headed there for the third year in a row. This will be the first time since 1994-1996 that this has been the case for the Cowboys, a testament to the type of program built under head coach Mike McCarthy.
