Looking in on the enemy: How did the remaining Cowboys opponents fare in Week 4?

The Dallas Cowboys found themselves on a the losing end for the third time in four games. That is certainly not how we hoped things would start out. There is still a lot of football to play, so it’s time to check in and see how their future opponents performed this past week.

Last week: Lost 17-9 to the Rams, currently 0-4

Key game notes:

  • Daniel Jones was 23/36 for 190 yards with no touchdowns and one pick
  • Jones was sacked five times
  • Wayne Gallman led all running backs with 45 yards on six carries
  • Darius Slayton had 48 yards receiving on three catches
  • Linebacker Blake Martinez had 13 tackles

Last week: Lost 31-21 to the Lions, currently at 2-2

Key game notes:

  • Kyler Murray went 24/31 passing for just 133 yards and three touchdowns
  • Murray added 78 yards rushing
  • Kenyan Drake ran for just 35 yards on 13 carries
  • DeAndre Hopkins had seven catches for 41 yards
  • Linebacker Jordan Hicks led the team with 12 tackles

Last week: Lost 31-17 to the Ravens, currently 1-3

Key game notes:

  • Dwayne Haskins finished 32/45 for 314 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions
  • Antoine Gibson had 13 carries for 46 yards and a score
  • Terry McLaurin had 10 catches for 118 yards
  • Jon Bostic led the team with 14 tackles
  • Kendall Fuller had two picks

Last week: Beat the 49ers 25-20, currently 1-2-1 and in first place in the NFC East

  • Carson Wentz was 18/28 for 193 yards with one touchdown and one interception
  • Miles Sanders led all rushers with 46 yards on 13 carries
  • Travis Fulgham was the team’s top receiver with two catches for 57 yards and a score
  • The Philly defense had five sacks
