Last year was a disappointing season for rookie contributions, but hopefully, it was more of an outlier. Typically, the Dallas Cowboys get strong production from their first-year players and many are excited about this year’s rookie class. Which one of these new draft picks/priority free agents will emerge as this year’s standout rookie? Before we take a guess at the new guys, let’s look at the last 10 years and determine which players had the strongest performance in their rookie season.
2014 - Zack Martin
Not only was Zack Martin the best rookie for the Cowboys that season, but he’s been the best player for many subsequent seasons.
