Most attribute the Dallas Cowboys fall from grace last season to the double collarbone injuries suffered by starting quarterback Tony Romo. In fact, out of the four games the 36-year old Romo started under center in 2015, the Cowboys pulled out victories in three of them. Unfortunately, Dallas could only muster up one win without him.
Three different back-up quarterbacks tried to fill Romo’s sizable shoes in Dallas and failed. Therefore, the consensus thought was this Cowboys front office would address the need for a quality back-up behind Romo in either free agency or during the draft.
