Jerry Jones not in attendance for Charles Haley's Hall of Fame induction ceremony

OXNARD, Calif. — Jerry Jones was unable to attend Charles Haley’s Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Canton Saturday night. The Cowboys owner and general manager is still recovering from recent hip surgery.

Jones was at Saturday’s evening training camp practice.

Executive vice president Charlotte Jones Anderson and senior vice president: public relations/communications Rich Dalrymple attended on behalf of the Cowboys.

“Flying creates an issue,” Jerry Jones said Thursday. “The air pressure, anybody will tell you that you have to keep an eye on the amount of flying and pressure.
