OXNARD, Calif. – For the first time this training camp, Darren McFadden participated in team drills during Monday’s practice with the St. Louis Rams.
McFadden, who has been working back from a strained hamstring, specifically looked good during one-on-one receiving drills against Rams linebackers.
“McFadden hit that thing for the first time up in there and showed some real stuff, and he sure showed some real burst in a couple of drills where they weren’t just full tackling,” Cowboys owner Jerry Jones told the G-Bag Nation show Tuesday morning on 105.3 The Fan [KRLD-FM]. “Boy, if we can keep him out there, he’ll tear their you know what up.
