FRISCO, Texas -- Even with the losses of Dez Bryant and Tony Romo to injuries in the first two weeks of the season, Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones did not foresee a team with a 2-5 record.
He thought they would have at least a couple of wins in their absences.
After Sunday’s loss to the Seattle Seahawks, Jones was downtrodden. By Tuesday at a press conference to announce a partnership with Omni Hotels and Resorts at the team’s new practice facility in Frisco, Texas, that is scheduled to open next year, The Ford Center at The Star, Jones was a little more upbeat.
