IRVING – Jeremy Mincey led the Cowboys last season with six sacks. Fifty NFL players finished with more than that in 2014. Eighteen players finished with 10 or more.
With the additions of Randy Gregory and Greg Hardy, the Cowboys have an opportunity to get a few players into double-digits in 2015.
But Mincey explained Wednesday why they don’t necessarily need that to have success.
“Listen, let me tell you something, if you look at teams like Seattle, teams that won championships, they didn’t have 10 double-digit sack guys,” Mincey said. “They had five or six guys with six or seven sacks, which means everybody is eating at the table.
