IRVING, Texas -- Dez Bryant, one of the league’s best receivers the past few years, has caught 27 of 63 passes thrown to him this season.
That’s 42.8 percent for the Cowboys’ star, which is awful.
Against Green Bay on Sunday, Bryant caught one of five passes thrown to him. Replay overturned one apparent catch, and one pass that bounced off his hands resulted in an end-zone interception.
In his first five NFL seasons, Bryant has never caught fewer than 60 percent of the passes directed his way -- and that was 58.
