IRVING – Jason Garrett says he isn’t concerned with who starts at running back for the Cowboys Sunday night.
“It doesn’t matter,” Garrett said. “The only thing that matters is everybody getting ready to play and when their number is called upon, be ready to go out there and be their best.”
The starter against the Giants will either be Joseph Randle or Darren McFadden.
Randle took snaps with the first-team offense throughout training camp. He was also working with the first team during the portion of Wednesday’s practice that was open to the media. Garrett said he’s “excited” about Randle, who has “done a lot of good things to give us confidence to think he can do a good job for us.
