With ESPN reporting Sunday that it appears 30-year-old Kellen Moore will be the new offensive coordinator -- replacing Scott Linehan who was dismissed to the sound of trumpets Friday -- it's almost a guarantee that the real play caller in 2019 will be none other than Jason Garrett.
