Upon the firing of Wade Phillips in the 2010 NFL season, Jason Garrett took the helm as the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys. Since then, there has been many ups and downs.
With that in mind, the 2019 Dallas Cowboys might be the best team Garrett has had. Ironically enough, it comes in a season in which he is fighting for an extension.

- 2016: 13-3

- 2018: 10-6
Out of all of these years under Garrett, they only made the playoffs in 2014, 2016, and 2018.
