Is it official, official? Jerry Jones hints that Kellen Moore could be announced as Cowboys' play-caller soon

Kellen Moore could be announced as the Cowboys' new offensive coordinator and play-caller soon, team owner Jerry Jones hinted Wednesday when he called into the Ben and Skin show on 105.3 The Fan [KRLD-FM].

Moore, the quarterbacks coach last season, called the plays at Sunday's Pro Bowl after the Cowboys fired offensive coordinator Scott Linehan. The team made it clear that it intended to rework the offense with the coaches already on staff, along with the addition of former NFL quarterback Jon Kitna. There had been some question if head coach Jason Garrett would return to calling the offensive plays, though Garrett remained mum throughout the Pro Bowl festivities.
