By all accounts, the Dallas Cowboys‘ Dak Prescott had the greatest rookie season by a quarterback in NFL history last year. The fourth-round selection out of Mississippi State won the Offensive Rookie of the Year award after leading the Cowboys to a 13-3 season-ending record and to the divisional round of the playoffs.
Prescott recorded 3,667 passing yards, 23 touchdowns and just four interceptions last year for Dallas. He also rushed for 262 yards and scored six more times on the ground. More importantly, the 23-year old was able to dethrone longtime starting quarterback Tony Romo in Dallas due to his strong leadership skills, stellar work ethic and consistent on-field play.
