In what has been a Cowboys offseason no one really anticipated -- a tear-filled farewell for one Pro Bowl pass catcher, an unceremonious shove out the door for another -- has there been another development mostly unseen and undiscussed at The Star?
As much as some fans have hated hated saying goodbye to either Jason Witten or Dez Bryant or both, has the hope of waving so long to Jason Garrett at the end of 2018 disappeared?
It's a fair question to ask. I believe Jerry Jones has given us at least a couple of reasons to think that this coming season is anything but "playoffs or bust" for Garrett as he moves into his eighth full season as Cowboys head coach.
