Hurricane Harvey could move Cowboys preseason finale to AT&T Stadium

The Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans have discussed contingency plans for next Thursday’s preseason finale with Hurricane Harvey headed toward the Houston area.

Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said the organization has opened up its doors and playing the game at AT&T Stadium is an option, if needed. Thursday is an open date at the stadium. The game is scheduled to be played at Houston’s NRG Stadium.

“We’ll make it available if we need to,” Jones said Friday during an opening ceremony for the Omni Hotel at The Star. “We want to help any way we can.
