How rookie Dak Prescott took over the Cowboys huddle and locker room faster than anyone imagined

FRISCO -- Tony Romo crumpled to the field on that fateful August night in Seattle. Rookie quarterback Dak Prescott ran into the preseason game in place of the veteran long before anyone planned.

On third and 8, he completed a pass to receiver Cole Beasley for the first down. More significant and lasting is the impression he made on his teammates as the game unfolded.
