Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator Scott Linehan said Sunday’s humbling 23-0 loss to the Indianapolis Colts was the first time had had ever been shutout in the NFL.
At least, he didn’t think so and certainly not in recent history.
“I would probably remember it but not in recent history do I (remember),” Linehan said Thursday. “I tell you what, I have now if I haven’t. And it doesn’t taste very good for any of us and I think it’s been a great motivating factor for all of us to kind of re-check our whole card and get ready to go and have a much better performance.
