Cooper Rush's resume is thin at this early stage of his NFL career.
But to borrow a phrase from the Cowboys head coach, the quarterback continues to stack one good preseason performance on top of another.
Rush played the majority of Thursday's loss to San Francisco. He finished by completing for 15 of 23 passes for 145 yards and a touchdown. He staked the Cowboys to a 21-10 lead before the wave of substitutes across the board frittered it away.
"Every time we go out there as a team and as a player, that's your business card," Rush said.
