How cold is it? Eagles punter wears warm-up pants on field before kick

It was very, very cold when the Dallas Cowboys played the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday.

The actual temperature was in the 19 degree-range with a wind-chill of 5.
