The death Houston Texans owner Bob McNair at 81 in November has Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones heading into Saturday’s wildcard game against the Seattle Seahawks with an increased sense of urgency to get back the Super Bowl, per vice president Stephen Jones.
The Cowboys have just three playoffs wins since their last Super Bowl title in 1995 and Jones, 76, has no interest in waiting much longer to get back to the championship as he knows now more than ever that next year is not promised to him or the Cowboys.
”He has a made it real clear during this run he would do anything he can to put his finger on it,” Stephen Jones said on ESPN 103.
