Elliott began serving his six-game suspension last weekend after the recent court ruling. He had his next appeal set for Dec. 1, but it appears as though he’s changed his mind about fighting the suspension.
In total, Elliott will miss games against the Falcons, Eagles, Chargers, Redskins, Giants and Raiders.
