MOBILE, Ala. -- Last year at this time, a 12-4 record and a playoff victory earned Jason Garrett the opportunity to coach one of the Pro Bowl teams in Arizona. A year later, a disappointing 4-12 season has led to Garrett coaching the North team in the Senior Bowl.
How do the two jobs compare?
Well, the players at the Senior Bowl are trying to impress NFL scouts and coaches, so they're giving maximum effort during practice.
The Pro Bowl? Not so much.
"The practice tempo of the Pro Bowl compared to the Senior Bowl is different, and the players at the Pro Bowl let you know that in a very professional way," Garrett said with a smile Tuesday evening.
