The Dallas Cowboys 2019 draft class was certainly not an exciting one. With no first round selection and their Day Two picks consisting of a defensive tackle and an offensive lineman, this is a hard class for fans to be thrilled about.
Yet, there may be a light at the end of the tunnel. And that being the selection of Miami defensive end Joe Jackson late in the fifth round. More than any other draft that I can remember the current regime in Dallas having, this group seemed to often take the best player available (BPA) approach when their number was called.
