FRISCO, Texas -- Dez Bryant and Tony Romo played one full game together last year.
Romo fractured his collarbone twice last season and missed all or parts of 14 games. Bryant broke a bone in his foot and played only nine games.
They spent the entire offseason working together in anticipation of reuniting on the field this season.
Now, no one knows when they’ll get on the field together as Romo recovers from a compression fracture of his L1 vertebra that he suffered Thursday against the Seattle Seahawks.
