FRISCO - Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott and owner Jerry Jones differ in opinion about quarterback Dak Prescott's ability to use a stiff-arm.
Prescott used a stiff-arm to the head to fend off Washington safety Donte Whitner late in the second quarter Thursday. It helped him finish off an 18-yard run.
Elliott said Sunday that Prescott's stiff-arm was "average."
After the game, Jones raved about Prescott's ability as a runner and his stiff-arm of Whitner.
"Not only are you seeing him gaining when they got that pursuit coming after him, you see him run by a secondary player," Jones said.
