Dez Bryant and his quarterback

Wide receiver Dez BryantDez Bryant had to endure a sub-par year with the Dallas CowboysDallas Cowboys in which the team missed the playoffs last season. A lot of this was due to regular starting quarterback Tony Romo twice suffering a serious collarbone injury. Romo recently had surgery, undergoing a Mumford procedure to minimize the chances of breaking the same bone in the future.

Recently, Bryant retweeted a young fan on social media who posted a GIF of the two Cowboys stars celebrating another successful partnership on a completion.

As much as Bryant may treasure those memories and look forward to making many more with Romo, the quarterback will be 36 next season and age might begin to affect his production.
