Devin Street getting chances to grow role; Garrett sees stronger, quicker, faster Cowboys WR

IRVING — In retrospect, it’s hard to believe Devin Street appeared in every game as a rookie. During the 2014 campaign, the receiver played 155 snaps in the regular season and playoffs, but his impact was negligible. He made two catches for 18 yards – all of which was produced in Week 1. From the start of November until the point when the Cowboys were eliminated by Green Bay in the postseason, he was targeted only twice.

The barren stat line would indicate that Street had a disappointing first season in the NFL and got lost in the shuffle of a talented receiving corps.
