IRVING — Near the end of Wednesday’s organized team activities, rookie defensive end Randy Gregory quickly made his way to the sideline. The second-round pick wasn’t injured, he just had to vomit.
The warm weather had won the battle.
“It’s doing its work on me,” Gregory responded when asked about the Texas heat. “It’s a lot different than Nebraska. The humidity is a little bit different. When it rains, the next couple of days it’s always hot, so I’m still trying to get used to it.
“I think my conditioning is getting a little bit better.
